Fred is a stunning 2 1/2 year old GSD cross who came over to us from Romania to find a better life.
Fred is vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and holds a full pet passport.
When Fred was found by rescuers it was clear he had a badly damaged hind leg- which when x-rayed showed at some point both hind legs had been damaged. He had corrective surgery & is now fully healed. He now has good muscle tone & you would never know he had problems! He will not need any further treatment, but may suffer arthritis later in life.
Fred can do good length walks, and does not show any problems, he is active and nimble!
Fred is a little shy of strangers at first, but soon warms up with treats and loves a little cuddle!
Fred is good with all other dogs, and could live with a female of similar size or bigger, but he does see little fast dogs as things to chase!
We will not rehome Fred with cats or children under 7 yrs of age.
Fred is clean in his kennel, so obviously housetrained. He loves to be with you and will call you when he wants you!
He travels well in the car, and is not destructive with his toys/ bedding etc. He loves his food and does well on a fish & potato based diet.
Fred would love to be curled up on someones sofa & have lovely little walks every day. He really does deserve this!
Fred is currently in kennels in Preston. Lancashire.
