Reggie is a 5 year old male black German Shepherd who is neutered, microchipped and vaccinations are due August 2021.
He is looking
for a home with teenage children due to his size and being a bit boisterous. He currently lives with another 3 year old male Husky
x GSD, out on a walk he has nipped another dog when it tried to steal his ball. Reggie cannot be rehomed with cats.
come to the home he will jump up and bark at them but soon settles down. He travels ok in the car but he will bark when he sees other
Reggie is walked on a slip lead and when first goes out he will bark. On a walk he will bark at other dogs, he has reasonable
recall. He does love his ball and just wants to play.
He does suffer from separation anxiety when the owner goes out despite the owner's
partner still being in the home. Reggie will bark while he is out, he will bark when he is in the garden when people walk past the
fence or when he is in the home and he sees people walking past the house.
Reggie is crate trained and sleeps in his open cage at
night. He is housetrained and knows his basic commands but could benefit from further training.
He does like being touched but not
keen on his back legs being touched and did react when the vet tried to check them.
Are you looking for a beautiful but highly vocal
friendly German Shepherd then Reggie is your boy.
Reggie is currently in Ellesmere Port.
