We'll come straight to the point: You can eliminate one or more animal's pain and suffering by a simple and modest donation.

Remember we have no paid staff, not even the boss gets paid or me! Expenses are hardly ever calmed, which are fuel cost only.

Max is a 10 month old puppy who came into rescue after his owners felt they couldnt meet his needs.
Max was rehomed briefly but returned as he was too boisterous & mouthing. The next home Max goes to MUST be totally committed to him for life.

Max needs an experienced owner dedicated to building his confidence & guiding him into adulthood.

Max is vaccinated, microchipped but not yet neutered as too young. New owners will be required to sign a neutering contract.

Max has lived with children aged 10 years, but we would prefer an adult only home for him.

Not good with cats.

Max has not been very well socialised around other dogs, so has no idea how to behave. He would benefit from living with a steady large breed bitch, and training classes.

Max is housetrained, travels well in the car, and although strong on the lead, is manageable and workable with.

This is what the kennels have to say about Max-

Max is a big baby! He loves his humans that he knows but is very unsure of meeting new ones. He is very affectionate, loves cuddles and will do anything for hot dog sausages. Max responds amazingly to training, he picks up things very quickly. Max has lunged and snapped at new
people. He is better with confident handlers, he picks up on people's fear a lot. Max is very strong on his lead, he is being walked on a half check with lead trianing at the moment. He can be reactive to some dogs but not all. He would suit a mature confident
dog to show him the ropes. He does nip smaller dogs in over excitement so would be better with a bigger dog. His recall is OK, he does get distracted but again with hot dog sausages he responds well.

Max is currently in kennels in Derbyshire.
