UK GERMAN SHEPHERD RESCUE
UK German Shepherd Rescue - Rescuing & Rehoming German Shepherd Dogs & Puppies throughout the UK
Our dogs rely entirely on donations, your donations help UK German Shepherd Rescue continue its work in helping the abused, neglected and unwanted German shepherd dogs & puppies in the United Kingdom.
We'll come straight to the point: You can eliminate one or more animal's pain and suffering by a simple and modest donation.
Remember we have no paid staff, not even the boss gets paid or me! Expenses are hardly ever calmed, which are fuel cost only.
Your personal contribution will help us to help even more dogs.

Lyla is a 3 year old female black and tan semi coat German Shepherd who is spayed and microchipped. She has only had puppy vaccinations
so vaccinations will need to be restarted.
Lyla has not lived with children so would only be rehomed with children over 7 who are
dog savvy. She has never lived with another dog but does play with the neighbours collie. She will bark at other dogs in a playful
way. Cat free home required as she will chase cats.
When visitors come to the house she is very vocal but she is kept behind a stairgate
until visitors are settled. As a result of a male friend hurting her when playing with her when she was younger she is a bit wary
of men until she is ready to trust them.
Lyla is currently being left on her own for long hours with no issues but needs someone who
will have more time to spend with her.
Out walking she is strong on the lead and her recall is quite good but she is not let off the
lead very often. She will need more training walking on and off the lead. Lyla is food orientated and this should help with her training.
All Lyla needs is someone to give her the opportunity to develop confidence and trust. In her new home she will need someone who is
willing to take things slowly with her.
