Our dogs rely entirely on donations, your donations help UK German Shepherd Rescue continue its work in helping the abused, neglected and unwanted German shepherd dogs & puppies in the United Kingdom.
We'll come straight to the point: You can eliminate one or more animal's pain and suffering by a simple and modest donation.
Remember we have no paid staff, not even the boss gets paid or me! Expenses are hardly ever calmed, which are fuel cost only.
Your personal contribution will help us to help even more dogs.

Caesar is a 20 month old neutered male who is currently living with a year old GSD bitch.
He is house trained, knows basic commands
and is friendly when you enter the house and loves some gentle fuss. He is up to date with vaccinations and worming.
Caesar is not
cat friendly and has not lived with children.
He is a quiet and gentle boy until he goes outside the home where he sees everything
and everyone as a threat when he is with his current owner, consequently he is very reactive to everything when he is out with her
been walked for months.
He did not have a good start in life and was taken in by the current owner four months ago in a
very thin and distressed state, having lived his entire life so far in a backyard or crate with just his food being thrown to him
as the only point of contact.
Caesar chews at his tail and does spin when he becomes agitated but will stop when told to. When he
came to his current home his tail was bald but has since started to regrow as he has settled and the spinning has reduced.
have a trainer who can walk him without incident and socialise him with other dogs so we think it is his insecurities and lack of
early socialisation that makes him a whirling dervish when outside.
Caesar reacts with noise and fear aggression and any new owners
would need to be prepared to work on this with him to release him from his fears and anxieties when out of the home.
This boy is a
sweetheart when you meet him and needs a calm, GSD experienced home that will reassure him that the world is not such a scary place
and allow him to live the life he deserves after such a grim start.
