I'm a 1 year old, female German Shepherd.
Meet Sasha who needs a new home because owner's health is such that she cannot give Sasha all that she needs.
Sasha is 1 year old:
not spayed: vaccinations may just be out of date: microchipped.
A very friendly, bouncy girl when meeting visitors: she will jump
up, but settles when visitors are settled. Has only had contact with teenage children and because she is full of energy might be best
with older dog savvy children.
Currently lives with a 8 year old Labrador. Has not really been socialised with other dogs so careful
introductions would be needed.
Sasha has lived with cats, but she will chase.
Sasha can respond to basic commands: she can be strong
on lead, but not difficult to correct: recall thought to be non existent at this time.
Happy to get in and out of car and travels
well restrained in boot area.
Housetrained: Still chews but only her own blankets. Only used to being left short periods and in the
company of another dog.
Sasha is a bright little girl with a lovely temperament: loves cuddles and in return will lick you to death.
Would benefit from continued training and training classes may be a good option for socialisation. With her energy channelled with
appropriate exercise and her brain exercised with continued training the lovely Sasha will make a wonderful addition to the right
