I'm a 19 month old, male German Shepherd.
Max is a heartmeltingly gorgeous 19 month old boy who needs a new home due to a change in his owners circumstances. Max was rehomed
by us recently, but his new owner cannot handle Max's reactivity outside of the home. We will provide any behaviourists help needed
for new owners.
Max is entire, had vaccinations as a puppy, and is microchipped.
He does not like cats.
Max lives with a 4 yr old
child & is ok with children in general.
With visitors he is a typcial teenager, barks then jumps up for attention. He does settle
quickly and was asleep by our assessors feet within 5 minutes of meeting him. He can be nervous of some men, but on the whole is a
Max has never been allowed to mix with other dogs, or experience much outside of the home. He will bark at other dogs
on the lead, but has never had the opportunity to socialise. We feel with a few positive experiences around other dogs, and the chance
to burn off some steam playing with another dog, he will come good.
Max is strong on the lead, and has never been allowed off lead.
He has had no training, and is desperate for guidance.
Max has no idea what is expected of him and is basically a puppy in an adult
dogs body. With commitment to training and teaching him some manners, he will flourish.
A fabulous temperament, just lacks life experiences.
Max is currently in Huntingdon, Cambridgshire.
