Marshall is a 19 months old handsome lad. Needs a new home as family circumstances have changed meaning they cannot give Marshall all that he needs.

Marshall is entire: had puppy vaccinations: microchipped

This lad will bark at strangers coming into the home, but as soon as he has met his friendly nature takes over. Currently lives with two children, but may be best with older dog savvy children.

Marshall was well socialised when younger: attended puppy training classes and went on GSD walks. This has slipped in recent months and he has become lead reactive around other dogs.

He hasn't lived with cats, but he has met them on visits when he was merely curious so he may be able to live with a dog savvy cat.

Marshall is currently walked on a harness and a Halti headcollar. Still pulls a bit on the way out, but he settles into a walk and is easy on the way home. Time invested in lead training would pay dividends and may well reduce the need for all the equipment.

Recall is good: responded to both the owner and myself: response is likely to be more selective with distractions

Marshall loves the car and currently travels in rear of hatchback.

Fully housetrained: new owners just need to leave the key in the door and listen for the rattle.

Can be left for a short periods without chewing.

Marshall needs a family who can provide appropriate exercise, training and stimulation. He can be vocal, but my impression is that much of this is down to boredom. There was no barking while the assessor was there apart from initially on entry. He currently craves attention. He will bring a toy and drop it in your lap: not so keen to give it up if you try to take it. Currently not left for long periods, but has limited human interaction. In a family able to meet his needs he will be a wonderful addition.
