Our dogs rely entirely on donations, your donations help UK German Shepherd Rescue continue its work in helping the abused, neglected and unwanted German shepherd dogs & puppies in the United Kingdom.
We'll come straight to the point: You can eliminate one or more animal's pain and suffering by a simple and modest donation.
Remember we have no paid staff, not even the boss gets paid or me! Expenses are hardly ever calmed, which are fuel cost only.
Your personal contribution will help us to help even more dogs.

Jessie is a 7 year old female who is not spayed is microchipped and vaccinated.
Jessie lives with young children but would be better
rehomed with older children. She is not properly being walked at moment and is usually just in the garden so she is not being socialised
with other dogs. No to cats.
When meeting visitors she is excited in an in your face sort of way. She does jump up but doesn't nip.
She is ok left on her own and neighbour says that she barks for the first 10 minutes then settles down.
She has no problems being
touched or handled but apparently does not like her back legs being brushed.
Jessie is quite settled driving in the car. When at vets
she will bark at other dogs so she is taking in through the back door.
She got excited when assessor put her lead on and was ready
to take off as soon as the door was opened. Out with the assessor her walking did improve but will need more work on recall. When
out she did bark and pull towards a gent with a hi viz on and care should be taken when out until she is more socialised.
has not lived with another dog and is potentially reactive she would be better as an only dog.
Jess needs someone with time and patience
and commitment to provide her with proper exercise, mental stimulation from training and other stimulants and with the experience
to give her confidence to live in the real world.
Jess has a friendly temperament.
