I'm a 18 month old, female German Shepherd.
This beautiful girl is 18 month old Harley, who needs a new home as she is not getting along with the resident terrier bitch, both
Harley is vaccinated and microchipped, and not yet spayed.
She is not good with cats.
Harley is fine with children over
7 years of age.
Harley has always been fine with other dogs, and was used at dog training as a calming influence on dog reactive dogs.
However, when the terrier bitch came in season same time as Harley, they had a fight and now Harley needs to move on.
Harley is friendly
with visitors, although does tend to jump up excitedly. She may chew things if left lying around when she is left. Not a good traveller,
she gets sick on long journeys, and does dribble on shorter ones. This can be helped with different methods including herbal remedies.
Harley sleeps next to the owners bed, or on the landing, and is completely housetrained.
She is ok on the lead, and will come back
on recall if food is offered, so this all needs working on.
When on walks Harley does get a bit hyper and will chase fast cars/ bikes/
cats etc. New owner must be aware and must take things slowly and train her to stop doing this.
She is a smart girl who can open locked
doors, again, owner needs to be aware!
Harley is a wonderful girl underneath, but currently a bit stressed at home.
She will make
a cracking dog for anybody prepared to put time & effort into polishing a few rough edges. So much love to give the right home.
