Mr Bear is just stunning in looks and temperament. We had rehomed Bear, but sadly he needs to come back due to a relationship breakdown.

Bear is 2 years old and is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

Bear has not been around cats so no idea how he would be with them.

Although Bear hasn't lived with children, he would be fine with children over 7 years of age.

Bear has previously lived with several other dogs, including small ones, and was great with them. He was
very respectful of the older terriers when they put him in his place!

However, he needs a strong confident owner , as if you arent confident he will become a reactive dog towards other dogs. On walks his current owner is anxious, so Bear reacts to dogs if they come too close.

Bear travels well in the car, he is not keen on being left.

Bear has been to lots of training classes and has done obedience training and agility. He is always looking to his owner for direction & is a very biddable dog. He will sell his soul to play ball, so any more training would be great fun with him.

Bear has been very well loved, and very well trained.

Bears only vice is he is very strong on the lead, so does need training in that area. His recall is good.
Bear was very barky when our assessor arrived, but was wagging his tail the whole time. He is very focussed on his owner, so stayed by him the whole assessment. He has not got an aggressive bone in his very handsome body, but does need a strong and experienced owner due to his size & strength.

This wonderful dog would be a brilliant companion for an active outdoors type home.

We are looking for a young, active home for Bear. With an owner who has had shepherds before, and who Bear can look to for guidance.
